About the Role:

As a Product Designer - 2, you will play a critical role in designing and enhancing our D2C (Direct-to-Customer) experiences, particularly customer-facing products and app interfaces. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complex journeys, craft intuitive user experiences, and bring bold ideas to life. This role is perfect for creative thinkers who combine strong design skills with a data-driven mindset and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver innovative, scalable, and well-documented design solutions.
• Own end-to-end product design within your pod—from ideation and prototyping to usability testing and final delivery.
• Collaborate with strategy, product, business, and engineering teams to align design projects with organizational OKRs.
• Use data insights, metrics, and user research to inform and refine design decisions.
• Apply best practices, design patterns, and standards for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Key Technical Skills:

Figma, Motion Design, User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, Design Systems, Prototyping, Usability Testing, iOS & Android Design Standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in designing D2C digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills, design process, and experience across multiple platforms.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles and design thinking.
• Skilled in Figma with the ability to create interactive prototypes quickly.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills to influence peers and leadership.
• Demonstrated track record of working with teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Enthusiastic learner, open to exploring new technologies—particularly AI.
• A good sense of humor is always a plus!
